Version 3.2 - Now much faster

The previous releases had a problem with performance not being as fast as it could be. I tried implementing Hardware decoding, and although it is included in this build, I would advise not to use it for now and to rely on the Software decoder.

Main reason for this is that the Software decoder became a lot faster, previously 4K footage would have a playback speed of 10 fps, but now it became 600 fps. So a well needed update. ^^
